3. Limitation of Liability

Connect Expo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

4. Termination

Connect Expo provides services under a signed service contract between Connect Expo and the client. Either party may terminate the contract under the following conditions:
By Connect Expo: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with the terms of the contract or these Terms of Use, including non-payment of fees, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws. Termination will be effective upon written notice to the client.
By the Client: The client may terminate the contract by providing written notice to Connect Expo, subject to the terms agreed upon in the service contract (e.g., notice period, payment for services already rendered).
Upon termination, Connect Expo will cease providing services, and the client will remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed for services delivered prior to termination.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France. We are committed to facilitating remote dispute resolution where possible to accommodate our international clients.
